The items to be reviewed are:

·        School Building Override - A new local field, School Building Override, is added to the Current and Previous Enrollment pages. The field only accepts numeric whole number values. We will review how it’s used for tracking and what state reports will have this feature to use for pulling the School Building Override

·        Create Historical Enrollment Record – A new function, Create New Historical Enrollment, is created under Special Functions > Group Functions to create a historical enrollment record for the selected student(s).  This enrollment is inserted into the Reenrollments table for the selected student(s) with the information entered and will display on the Transfer Info > Previous Enrollments page.  Edit to enter additional state specific fields that apply for selected enrollment. We will review how to use this function for various scenarios for tracking student membership during and after the school year rollover.
